The universal spiritual healing power’s of the great spirit, the universal consciousness, known by most as God.
To be a spiritual healer it is in my view, vital that we have the following:
- positive intent
- pure intent
- selfless intent
Together with humility and acceptance, that we are a channel and conduit for the healing power, that comes from the universe, God, not us. Indeed without most of the above, if not all, we are, or can be, a block to healing, not a facilitator.

We make an agreement, or even a contract, with the spiritual world, to work on it’s behalf, not our own. We must not default on this, or the agreement is broken and we will, without doubt, lose the power of healing, on behalf of the “light” and we inevitably move closer to the darkness as a result of this.

The “healer” should understand the often strong energy that he or she, need’s to channel through them, to help and heal the recipient. One need’s to calm one’s own body and mind and then our own nervous system. We also need to "let go" of personal problem’s in our every day life. We need to enter into a quiet, peaceful and calm, spiritual frame of mind and spirit. We need to feel our self, to be a small part of the world of spirit, in close contact with the universal consciousness.

It is wise and in my view essential, to ask for . We took this from the light and only give permission for spirit and healing energy from the light, to work through us and be channelled by us for the benefit of the client.

I believe that there is no need to physically lay your hand’s on the client in order to provide healing. If the client want’s contact, hand’s placed on the shoulder’s or on the knees is all that is required. The healing energy is intelligent and knows the need’s of the client. The channelled healing will travel to the place that it is needed and provides the healing, emotional, physical or indeed spiritual that is appropriate for the client.

If the client is at the end of his or her life, it will help and enable them to be comfortable and at peace before their passing. It will not necessarily heal the illness of the body. On the other hand the channelled energy will help to heal the physical or emotional problem’s, if appropriate for that person.

Any form of spiritual healing does not mean that the person should cease or reject the help and advice of medical staff, but will compliment it, when appropriate.

With some “illnesses” the healing might draw the “sickness” out of the client where it can be sent to the universe to be transformed.
Non – medical healer’s should never diagnose in any circumstances, but should ask the universe to provide the appropriate energy to heal the client. Whatever their need’s.

I believe that both Reiki Healing and Spiritual Healing are from the same source and that the healer’s positive intent is more important for the intelligent healing energy, than hand’s on system’s or symbol’s.

Do you believe that a loving God or universe would deny healing to the client, due to the therapist’s mistake’s with symbol’s or hand position’s? You cannot do hand’s on, for distance healing. It is your positive intent, pure intelligence, provided with love and humility that count’s.

Please remember it is not the therapist’s that is doing the healing, but God, the universal consciousness. You only need to think of the person with love and positive intent, for their healing and it will be sent to the recipient if you ask.

Keep it simple and do not be caught up by technicalities that have been added to the healing process by men, women and healing organisation’s.

Remember to ask the universe for the healing to be provided. You must ask and then trust.
